Nourishing Africa is calling on MBA students to intern with the organization during the summer. The Intern will participate in meaningful work and leverage the skills and experiences gained in their MBA program to support high-impact projects across a portfolio of work at Nourishing Africa.
In this role, you will be required to fulfill the following primary responsibilities working as a key member of the Nourishing Africa team:
Engage in gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing strategic recommendations for growth.
Present findings to team members and implement solutions in collaboration with team members and other relevant stakeholders.
Assist with planning and implementation of Nourishing Africa programs, including training, seminars, and events.
Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key business metrics and outcomes.
Assist with policy and industry research and writing project proposals.
Contribute to reports and articles for internal and external publication.
Benchmark Nourishing Africa programs and activities against similar initiatives in the landscape and identify areas for improvement.
Take occasional cross-departmental project work with other interns and staff.
Enrolment in MBA degree.
Strong financial acumen.
Top-notch leadership and presentation skills.
Excellent data collection, data analysis and reporting skills.
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Responsible, ethical, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
